I’m Paula Veach, creator of Who Does She Think She Is— a site designed to bring us together to learn, to share, to reflect and use our voices to live authentically. I play many roles within the context of my own life. None of these roles in isolation define me. Yet, I often feel as though the world seeks to stick a label on each of us. I reject many of the labels assigned to me by others because they limit my capacity to be who I am fully and completely. And, these labels are often incorrect.
This site started as a homework assignment, but quickly evolved into a public space for voice. I have gathered essays, blogs, videos, and badges that speak to who I believe I am and some of the issues of importance to me. I hope that this site informs, inspires, and empowers other women to embrace themselves and each other.
Here's to strong women.
May we know them.
May we be them.
May we raise them.
